Delegate that can be used to override the default behavior of a message and suppress it from being sent and displayed in the Axiom client.

level MessageLogLevel: Messaage level (Info/Warn/Error/etc.)
message String: Message which may be null

True if a message should not be sent to the client. False if the message should be sent to the client.
